Munira Jiwa, BScPT, Qigong Master
Munira is a dedicated advocate of holistic wellness, known as a "Spreader of Qi-Joy." Nearly two decades ago she suffered from chronic pain and fatigue. The discovery of Spring Forest Qigong catalyzed a profound shift to a life imbued with vitality and joy.
With a wealth of experience as a retired physical therapist, Munira brings a deep understanding of the physical body to her practice. She specializes in helping individuals release tension and unlock their body's innate healing potential through the practice of Qigong. She empowers individuals to connect with a sense of calm and vitality, enabling them to lead lives filled with joy.
Munira shares her passion of Qigong at wellness retreats and conferences. Additionally, she offers private and group Qigong classes both in-person and online, providing accessible pathways for individuals to embark on their own healing journeys.

Dr. Eleanor Stein
Dr. Stein is a physician and psychiatrist, an expert in helping people with ME, CFS, FM, environmental sensitivities, long COVID, and chronic pain recover their health and joy in life.
Through her own 35-year illness journey, reading thousands of scientific papers and working with thousands of patients, she has developed a unique, science-based approach to healing from chronic pain called Healing Through Neuroplasticity. This course teaches core strategies to rewire the brain for more comfort and better function.
