Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Thanks for shopping at www.eleanorsteinmd.ca. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We believe in the quality of everything we sell and stand behind all our products. This includes digital online courses, digital downloadable eBooks, and also the manuals in printed formats.

The following are Dr. Stein’s refund policies for purchases made from this website.  

ONLINE COURSES

Purchases of Dr. Stein’s online courses and groups are fully refundable within 30 days of your purchase date.

WEBINARS

Purchases of live webinars are fully refundable up until 24 hours before the time of the webinar.

DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

Dr. Stein sells a digital version of her manual Let Your Light Shine Through and chapters of her eBook More Light in downloadable digital PDF format. All purchases of digital downloadable products are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of the online purchase should you decide for any reason that the material is unsuitable or if you have technical difficulties obtaining your copy. Refunds for digital products are only offered once. You are not eligible to receive a refund on a purchase of an eBook chapter and then purchase another chapter or the same chapter and receive a second refund, nor can you make a second purchase of the manual PDF and receive a second refund.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

All sales of Dr. Stein’s Let Your Light Shine Through manual are eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are given for the cost of shipping, and customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the product at Dr. Stein’s office. Any product being returned must be received in Dr. Stein’s office in as-new condition to be eligible for a refund.

REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund of any purchase of Dr. Stein’s products, send an email to [email protected]  with the words ‘refund request’ in the subject line and the product for which you are requesting a refund. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the initial purchase.

Refunds of downloadable eBooks and manuals will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the request (unless we are on holiday).  

Refunds of printed copies of manuals are issued within 5 business days of receiving the physical copy at Dr. Stein’s office in Calgary. All items to be returned are to be sent to:
