This presentation is part of Dr. Stein's new Expert Speakers Series. These will be held approximately monthly, and each session will feature a different guest expert on topics of interest to people with complex chronic disease, chronic disease in general, and people interested in living healthier longer.

About the Presenters
Madeleine Eames
Madeleine is a psychotherapist who specialized in trauma healing for over 25 years. She is also a breathwork guide, a mindfulness teacher, and a somatic healing expert. As a pain educator for the Bill Nelems Pain and Research Centre, she provides courses to help people with chronic pain heal and lead their most meaningful lives. In her private work, she creates courses to help people release limiting beliefs and conditioning and befriend their nervous systems so that they can live their most alive and authentic lives. Eleanor Stein, MD
Dr. Stein is a physician, psychiatrist, and expert in helping people with ME, CFS, FM, environmental sensitivities, long COVID and chronic pain recover their health and joy in life.
Through her 35-year illness journey, reading thousands of scientific papers, and working with thousands of patients, she has developed a unique, science-based approach to healing using self-management, neuroplasticity, hormesis, and, most recently...quantum biology.
