Does this sound familiar?
"I thought I did everything right. I was so careful. And then I crashed anyway. I just lay there thinking, what is the point?"
"The good days almost make it worse. You feel like yourself again, and then you pay for it. Every single time."
Are you discouraged?
Do you keep crashing, despite all your efforts?
Do you feel like pacing is just too hard?
No matter what the topics of my live sessions are, pacing keeps coming up. Whether you have ME, CFS, fibromyalgia, long-COVID, or another chronic condition, studies consistently show that pacing and not pushing through is the most effective self-management strategy. Imagine working with your body, not against it. Pacing is hard and it is possible.
Have you have ever wondered HOW to manage daily activities for best results?
- How to move safely and effectively?
- How to use the money metaphor?
- How to successfully pace cognitive activity?
- How to optimize your autonomic system?
