Most of us avoid thinking about end-of-life options until we are already in crisis, which is exactly when clear thinking is hardest. Learning about your choices calmly and ahead of time is one of the most empowering things you can do, for yourself and for the people who love you. Knowledge is its own kind of relief.

In one clear, compassionate session, you will come to understand exactly how Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) works in Canada: the history, who is eligible, and the protections built around it. Not so that you choose any particular path, but so that whatever you decide, you decide from a place of knowledge.

What  you'll walk away with

  • The current MAiD eligibility criteria
  • The safeguards around MAiD
