This International Awareness Day for ME, CFS, fibromyalgia, and MCS, join a conversation that goes beyond labels and focuses on what truly helps.
You likely already know what you “should” be doing: eating well, resting, managing stress, and moving your body. But the real challenge? Actually following through when your energy, symptoms, and life are unpredictable.
Join us if you've ever asked:
- How can I create habits that work with my condition and not against it?
- How can I overcome the real-life barriers that keep me stuck?
- What is a simple, flexible framework to help me stay consistent, even on hard days?
This isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what works, consistently, in a way that supports your healing.
The webinar will last approximately 90 minutes.
- 5-10 minute introduction
- 40-minute presentation
- 10-minute break
