Watch Dr. Stein on the inaugural "What's up Doc" Health Rising podcast

Hi Margaret,

In this newsletter:

1. Watch Dr. Stein's conversation with Cort Johnson of Health Rising.

2. Register for a free patient education Nancy Klimas' clinic at Nova Southeastern University.

3. Participate in the Chronic Illness Survey Adventure study from Columbia University.

I recently did a full length interview (1 hour 20 minutes) with Health Rising founder Cort Johnson. He started by asking me about my own health journey and wove in questions about the emerging science of ME/CFS, FM and ES. We covered a lot of ground.

  • How to reverse persistent pain using Michael Moskowitz's Neuroplastic Transformation program.
  • The science of neuroplasticity from Andrew Huberman's podcasts 6 - 9.
  • The possible role of the sympathetic nervous system and limbic system in ME/CFS, FM and ES.
  • The scientific basis of self-management.

If you are considering registering for the current pathways courses, the FINAL DEADLINE for registering for the course on Tuesdays at 4:30 pm Mountain is Tuesday May 25 at noon. There is a 10% discount since one class has already passed. You can watch the recording when you register.

For the course starting Monday June 7th at 11:00 am Mountain, there is still space available. Go to www.eleanorsteinmd.ca/pathways to register.
